CANCELLATIONS FOR ALL AIRPORT OR TRANSFER SERVICE: Service must be cancelled no less than twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations received with less than twelve (12) hours notice are Non Refundable.

No Show/No Go: In Cases where a passenger does not show up for there scheduled pickup or drop off, the fair is Non- Refundable.

Stat Limousine is not responsible for passenger flights, Ships, Buses or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. We will put forth our best effort to provide prompt service in these instances which are subject to waiting time fees, late cancellations or re-scheduling of service without detriment to our other reserved clients.
